Dog Training Advice: You Can Change Your Dog’s Behavior and Stop Being Embarrassed
Getting a dog is an experience that can change your life. It’s much like welcoming a new (and rather rowdy) member into the family, really; a period of adjustment and change. For people who live alone, it can be a lesson in responsibility, in learning to take care of the needs of another creature. For those with families, the experience can be a lesson in patience, getting along (“Ma, the dog ate my sandwich again!”) and friendship. They’re not called “man’s best friend” for nothing, after all.
Having a dog is a much greater experience for both of you when the dog is disciplined. Dog training advice is essential in order to have a well behaved dog who is pleasant to be around. Starting with house training as well as behavioral training, make your dog one that you will be happy to take anywhere.
Nobody wants a dog who jumps on people all the time, or a dog who barks or growls continually. It can get very frustrating and annoying for you and others. These are all signs of aggression which are not healthy for your dog, and can be very embarrassing for you. Some small dogs get away with a lot more aggressive behavior because of their size.
I adore my two wiener dogs, and wouldn’t change them for anything. However, I realized that they had dominant behavior which was causing trouble at the dog park, as well as when I had people over and they would jump all over them.
One day I decided to take charge and address these problems. A trainer would have been very expensive, so that was out of the question. I was able to find the excellent dog training advice that I much needed and today I can enjoy my pups a lot more and don’t have to worry that they will cause trouble and embarrassment.

Yes it's a healthy way for him to redirect his aggression I have encourage one of my cats to do this but in her case she's upset because she has problem that requires I give her medical treatment that requires being stuck with a needle it upset her greatly she has headed for her scratching pad so I give it to her now. It helps to relieve stress better than the cat clawing you or if you had another cat the reaction might be to chase or claw another cat. Which some of my cats do when the are upset. I do with other posters agree that yelling is futile with cats. Give your cat a place that is ok for him to lay near your desk when you're using it praise him for using it. Squirt guns when catching them and keeping food attended (in your sight) or put up is the best food stealing approach. I use turned off microwave, oven, very high surface to protect my food that I don't want to put in the fridge. Sometimes the cat just stays locked up in another room until I finish my meal if I don't feel like being bothered.
I pretty sure it is the medulla oblongata, like on waterboy?
I believe the Hippocampus and hypothalamus also have something to do with it…

Splash can get very excited by my brother’s funny movements. He likes to excite her on purpose… Luckily he’s finding it harder and hard to find movements that excite her. Hehe!

I thinhk it is fine if you and he are having fun. But to check, next time he jumps and growls, make him sit and stay. Give him a command to listen to and see if he does it. If he doesn't, yes he is being aggressive.
Your dog should ALWAYS listen to you!
My little dog growled at me last night when I tried to take his bone from him. I made him spit it out and took it from him for a good 5 minutes. Then I gave it back to him and waited a minute or two and reached to take it again. He let me do it that time.

The best thing to me to apply to the animals skin when dry from being itchy from w/e reason is MINERAL OIL it is gr8 they feel wonderful as soon as its put on-instant relief and its safe if they lick it 2 it would actually be good 4 them since it is intended for lubricating the stomach I never live without it
